Shipping of samples & sample sets

Sample sets (2ml mini bottles) can be sent as uninsured mail in certain cases. This option is marked accordingly. Shipping costs: €2.50 within Germany.

After shipping, you'll receive a tracking number via email. So you can check the status of your delivery at any time.

Return

Returns are possible within 14 days, provided the goods are unopened and unused. The buyer bears the return shipping costs. You can find more information in the cancellation policy .
